The work was done, but the lug nuts were not put on tight and on our trip to Lexington, the front tire was about to come off. Luckily they had a network of shops that found and fixed the problem before a huge accident happened.

We appreciate your review.But the car was damaged due to driving into a ditch the damaged wheel bearing it was replaced, but you had declined the all the other repairs. if the wheel was "falling off" then how did it make the170 miles trip home?

I always feel well taken care of at a reasonable price. On my last visit I appreciate their noticing a couple of little things that needed done that were simply taken care of without making any big deal out of it. For instance, a wheel well had a couple of screws loose or missing and they took care of it without bothering me about it on the phone. They are always prompt and call if a part is a problem. They will have my truck ready when they promise it.
