Drilling, not withstandind, the prep work for my crown, and formation of the temporary crown, was entirely farmed out to a young dental assistant who did not seem to know what she was doing. She had to take the impression for the crown twice, because she botched it the first time, and would've sent me home with a piece of foreign matter still in my mouth, had I not insisted that it be removed. A week later and I still cant chew on that side, and my gums are terribly sore because she damaged them so bad. Now I'm worried that when the crown finally comes back, it will not fit because of her incompetence. Furthermore, her hygiene was terrible: after putting her gloves on she touched a number of unsanitary surfaces, such as the Computer mouse, then proceeded to put her hands in my mouth. The whole visit ended up taking nearly 2 hours.
I've had experiences at Johnson family dental in the past that were positive or neutral, and most of their staff is great, so I'm basing my star rating, on my collective experiences there, but that particular visit, which was my most recent, was not good.
