Had our first visit to this dentist office with me, my wife and our twin 20-month old daughters. Overall, a good experience. Staff was very nice and courteous. Dental assistants were professional and helpful. Dentist was kind of impersonal but okay.
My one recommendation would be, as a dentist office that advertises as a "family" practice, and has the word "family" in it's office name, there should be more emphasis on the family part, i.e., a secure, safe play area for kids separate from the waiting room. Kids, especially younger ones, don't sit in plain waiting rooms very well, and can be bothersome to other waiting patients. A separate waiting/play area for smaller kids would pay great dividends and make this practice more attractive to families. I've also seen "family" dentist offices that provide video screens in the treatment rooms that are dedicated to playing videos, kids movies, or kids TV shows during treatment. These things can make the experience more pleasant for the kids, parents, dental staff, and other patients, as well.

Thank you Aaliyah, for all your feedback.
We have noticed that this has become an issue in our office, that is why we are moving this Spring to a larger office that will give us some room for kids to play and relax. We hope that you follow us there.
