The coolest people, its like going to a friends house. They make it cozy and play great music. I always get this really soft blanket to keep warm while I'm in the chair too. The work they do is great, dental artistry! I've been with them for years and have had cleanings to crowns....very happy.

My hygienist, Celina , is a superstar. She is so efficient and very caring. She constantly asked how I was doing and she apologized if my face shows a grimacing look .

The dentist and his assistant were having a social conversation while doing the filling. I was not comfortable with the procedure and having a social conversation bothered me. Maybe the purpose of their social conversation probably is to distract the patient from any discomfort but it made me more uncomfortable.

You do not want to have a deep cleaning but if you do then make sure Celina is the person who takes care you. I have never had a deep cleaning so I really did not know what to expect but Celina explained the process in a very clear and friendly manner.

Dr. Plicka is AWESOME!!!! I went in to have all of my old silver fillings replaced all in one appointment! Dr. Plicka was great; he made sure I was comfortable before we started and throughout the process he would ask how I was doing. Afterward, he explained I would be sensitive for about a week but by day 2 I no longer had to eat soup but best of all no more silver fillings!!

Very friendly staff from the receptionist to the billing girls and everyone in between and clean environment. Each room has it own persnal tv while you're waiting between dental assistant and dentist, which isn't long at all. I've been to several different dental offices and this by far has been the best, not to mention the great view of the ocean.

Today I met with Dr. Lee, their orthodontist, and he is amazing!!! After he conducted his examination Dr. Lee went over his recommendations and explained the process to achieve what I wanted to straighter teeth. Nina is also amazing, very nice and helpful. Nina went over my financial options and I was pleasantly surprised because I thought I would not be able to afford the treatment but I can and I am once step closer to a better smile.

Awesome!!! I get very nervous when I go to the dentist and I have not gone in about 3 years so I was also thinking I would get a lecture but I did not. Everyone was wonderful, Eddie is very nice and knowledgeable. He took my x-rays and after I met with Dr. Plicka, Eddie explained the cost, my options and scheduled all of my appointments.

Dr. Plicka, is also amazing, he asked me what I wanted to accomplish by my visit and we talked about my concerns. It was nice to have an actual conversation and be listened to.

Basically, this is my NEW dental office and they are amazing!!!
