Friendly, relaxed environment. Lance is great; does as well with my mess of hair as anyone ever has. He focuses on the client's experience. He was behind once and spent the first 10 minutes apologizing. Gentle with the hair; hardly feel it being cut.

Kristin is terrific. She's incredibly skilled, and she makes it look easy. I have long, curly/wavy/indecisive hair, and she knows exactly how to give it great shape without killing the curl. Plus, the staff at John Brody is wonderful. I booked online (love that) but had added a note about doing color with my cut...and someone called me to follow up and add more time to my appointment. And they're all so nice!

I took my car out-of-warranty Bentley in because the steering wheel was vibrating. Josh and Eddie immediately found a flaw in a front tire--a slight bulge where the cords had begun to separate, and would quickly get worse. Just to be safe, and because it turned out that the tires were six-years-old, I decided to replace all four high speed especially expensive tires, but EMW gave me a very good price , and even texted me when they arrived from the distributor. I immediately took the car in and Josh changed and balanced the tires while I waited. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Oh, and the shop is really clean.read more …
