Raphael was wonderful. He did a great job with my color and consult.

Susanna on the other hand will never touch my hair again. The cut was uneven with multiple step offs. I have never walked out of a salon and had so many people tell me how bad a haircut looked. Also while doing my Keratin treatment- she dropped the comb on the floor several times. When I asked her about washing it- she stated she could NOT because no moisture could get on my hair. Get a new comb for hygiene sake.

When I complained about the haircut- Raphael recut my hair and it looks so much better. He was very professional and apologetic. All in all- instead of loosing the 2-3 inches in length that I asked for I ended up with about 4 1/2 to 5 inches in length removed from my hair.
