Excellent customer service, clean, friendly environment and thorough exam/evaluatiion from Amanda and Dr. Weigel. This was my first experience with a complete eye exam, and Dr. Weigel took extra time to explain the entire process. I had to have my eyes dialated, and while I was waiting, Amanda was kind enough to help me pick out frames!!

The staff was all great, they went above & beyond to get the correct fit of contact lenses. I was ready to give up but they kept purseing different options & after 30 days or so we got the right pair. I ordered them, said delivery to my home in 5-7 business days........they arrived in 2 days!

This office is always able to get my family in for exams. They are friendly and helpful when looking at glasses. They have a toy area to keep the little ones busy. And they offer free coffee and water!

I've been going through a transition of trying different types of contacts. The Dr.'s have patiently tried many trial pair week after week. After about 5 tries, we've come up with a really good match. They were patient & willing to keep trying options to "make it right" for me. I appreciated their persistence when I was ready to throw the towel in.
