I have been a patient of Dr. Cassidy's for a long time. I can depend on his excellent work and humor. He takes the extra time to do whatever it takes to look at my eyes and double check my prescription. He explains everythng in a way that I can understand.

The staff is very professional and courteous. I've seen both doctors and feel comfortable with either of them. I have some interesting issues with my eyesight and they are very thorough regarding all my corrective options. The staff that assist with selecting and ordering glasses are my godsend though. I'm very indecisive about what looks good on my face so their input makes the decision process a little easier. I've recommened others use Issaquah Vision and they are happy as well.
