I've been to 16 different studios in the Burlington area, had 134 yoga classes over a 3 year period with 47 different instructors (yes, I counted them!). I have friends who teach in lots of studios, but I am not a teacher myself, nor am I affiliated with any particular studio or yoga style. I'm just a regular person looking for a quality yoga experience. That's exactly what I got, and more, from classes with Danielle or Scott. They have a wonderful studio in a great location, so the atmosphere is superior. But the best part is how much talent they have as instructors, how much respect they show for the practice, and how much love they give to their students. The pace of class is perfect - allowing the time necessary to get into each pose properly and benefit from it. Attention is given to the full body, and all aspects of a complete practice are present (forward & back bends, twists, balances, inversions, etc.) You won't get better cues and adjustments anywhere, trust me! Honest Yoga offers a true and complete body/mind/spirit experience. Do it! Go! Enjoy!
