All of the gentlemen at Import Specialty are great and their customer service is A plus. They greet me by name when I walk in the door. I have dealt with Ryder the most, and he is extremely honest and thorough in his explanations. He is very knowledgeable about car parts and their specific functions. Their new shuttle service is an added bonus. They are not inexpensive , but the quality of work is worth the money.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Friendly and easy to work with. Reasonably price. I will return.

Opportunities to improve. The 8 to 5 office hours are fine but the 830 shuttle is non convenient to your 8-5 customers whose vehicle you have all day. A continuous improvement suggestion might be to contract a taxi company and build the fee into the overall service price. It might even free up your time. Sharing the cost of the ride would be up to you.

My experience was top notch at Import. Repairs were super quick and I never felt dumb about not knowing everything that was going on with my car. Ryan was extremely helpful and I will refer all of my friends here. And my final price was under the estimate!
