Import Auto Maintanence is AMAZING!!! They have great customer service and are dog friendly. My car broke down in Nashville while I was on a trip from North Carolina to California. I had my car towed to IAM and told them my situation and they said they would do their best to get me out of Nashville that day. I had to wait a while because it was a Friday and car shops are always crazy on Fridays. But I was able to wait in the lobby with my dog (which most places will not allow). They were able to fix my car and get me out of Nashville before 5 and my car is still running great. The customer service is outstanding and they do great work! If I lived in Nashville IAM would be the only place I would take my car to!

IAM exclusively services my car. My car has well over 300,000 miles and runs perfect. I credit the car's performance to the people at IAM. IAM only does what is necessary. They guarantee their work. Their warranty is excellent.
