I have been coming here off and on for a few years now. I received a promo code, so I scheduled a prenatal massage. I received a call back to confirm my appointment and was asked how far along I was with my pregnancy, so I was very surprised when I showed up for my appointment and the therapist was not aware before seeing me that I was pregnant, nor was she certified in prenatal massage. She tried her best, but there is definitely a difference between what I got and a true prenatal massage. Totally not the therapist's fault, and I think she would have been great for a standard massage. Unfortunately, when you're 32 weeks pregnant and in need of a massage, what I received didn't quite cut it.
This was my first unsatisfactory visit here and I've been a handful of times. Normally I'm very happy, but I would advise anyone getting a prenatal massage to verify more than once that the therapist you've been given is certified.
