Debby was excellent as always. She takes care of my brows consistently. A pleasure and professional.

We both were shocked when the "Times up" card was slid under the door. That is very insulting to client and professional. It has never happened before. Very crass.

The time slip is only provided as a courtesy to the esthetician to help them know when there is another client waiting for them if they happen to run overtime, it is not meant in any way as an insult to our clients nor does it mean that the esthetician is to rush. It is simply to make them aware of what's happening outside the room. In the past we have tried several different structures and found that the note slipped under the door is the least invasive to the client and the most helpful to the esthetician who may be unaware they are running over time. We sincerely apologise if your interpretation is anything other than us working together as a team in an effort to provide the highest level of customer service. As always we appreciate our customers input and we will take your feedback into consideration at our next team meeting.

The actual facial was AMAZING and she listened to exactly what I was looking for. I was a bit miffed when I showed up and the could not find my appointment. They had even called to change the time and confirm this time change worked for me. However, the quality of the services made up for the miss is customer service there.

The facial was tailored to my skin type and I am extremely pleased with the results. Lea created a relaxing atmosphere and provided information throughout the process so that I can have a better at-home regimen. I highly recommend Lea and Institut' DERMed.
