Always good customer service. Always provide sufficient explanation of recommendations. They do not talk down to you. They also provide transportation while car is in their shop. I feel like they have my best interest in mind as much as theirs. It's a win/win relationship.

You guys have put a couple sets of exhaust on my truck and have never disappointed me. I already referred my captain on the job your way with his 2010 ford and he will be in next week.

This was my first experience with Hogan Muffler, but will not by my last. I was very happy with the customer service of all of the staff. I was recommended by the person who sold me my 2012 Charger and my 2011 Impala, and I am glad he did. I will be back!!

Very nice friendly people doing very good work. Employees always call you by name which impresses me, especially since I can't remember names very often. I will return often for additional services as needed.
