Totally honest, knowledgeable to an extraordinary level, efficient and superb customer service. They treat your vehicle as if it were their own.

I brought my Toyota to them with 206,000 miles with a variety issues major issues. They not only fixed those but corrected previous and recent work done incorrectly. It is not an exaggeration to say they, virtually, gave me back a brand new car. Worth every single dollar. I was about to give up finding a good mechanic when I pulled up their website. When I read the reviews, I knew I had to investigate. After visiting their facility and taking a test drive with Pat, he had my complete trust and confidence.

And for those of you who have "older or classic" cars where using the computer to assist in the diagnosis is not possible; High Gear Automotive is the place to go. Real mechanics do exist and I will be eternally grateful to my technician, Pat. He is truly a genius. He was doggedly relentless, diligent and kept me informed along the way to recovery.
