my gal did a great job and I am very pleased with her work. I scheduled another appt. with her. However, I do have to share that whoever scheduled my appt., scheduled me for a half hour before my gal came in for the day.... thus I had to sit and wait 30 minutes, which I did not have time to do. I find it very unprofessional for administrative personnel to make these kinds of mistake, when you want me to patronize your business. And when I asked if my gal was even there, no one took the time to look into the matter, to recognize what happened... and to let me know they had made a mistake. When I mentioned it to a supervisor, at the end of the appt., she did not offer any type of discount, or free token like should have been done to offer excellent customer service. I am not looking for free things, however it would have been an appropriate time for some acknowledgement to be given that a mistake had been made, and ownership taken. If my gal didn't do such a good job, where I would like to come back to her... I would not be back. Time is a commodity to people busy people.
