While I was very happy with my stylist and the way she colored and styled my hair, the girl who worked the front took away from the overall positive experience. I arrived 5 minutes early (and was the only person waiting) and signed in with her. She offered me a drink and I told her, yes coffee would be great. At 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I went up and asked for a status update as my appointment was during my lunch break. She had forgotten to sign me in, and apparently also forgot that she had offered me coffee as I never did get that from her. Post styling I was purchasing product. The total amount seemed a little high and when I questioned it, the product was marked with a price lower than that which was in their system and she told me they just charge what is in the system. Maybe this woman just needs to be re-trained. I have been here before and not had this problem.
Shannon did an awesome job on my hair and the other stylists in the room were also friendly and had happy customers.
