Dr Hagen and his team has always done an exceptional job but this dental cleaning i had today was the BEST! i cant believe i can actually say that i enjoyed my experience at a dental office but it truly was a great experience and left feeling relaxed, clean and ready to take on the world!!

Here are the things I didn't like: 1) Dr. Hagen was out of the office the whole week when I went in for my first appointment, but I was not told this until after my cleaning. I think I should have been rescheduled for another day that Dr. Hagen was in since a dentist should want to see their patients for at least their first visit. Instead I had to take off from work two mornings for what should have been one appointment. 2) My observation was the staff does not wash their hands before putting on gloves and they touch the same surfaces with their unwashed hands as they do with gloves. I do not want to have to worry about the germs of the staff and prior patients being in my mouth. 3) I felt Dr. Hagen was only interested in the cosmetic part of dentistry and not my overall dental health. 4) I needed a referral to an endodontist, but the staff never contacted me with this information. I got their six month checkup reminder, though. What I did like: the dental hygienist-she did a great job! Dr. Hagen may be right for you, but I had to find another dentist that met my needs.
