My teenage son was not at all happy with his haircut. He asked for hair to be cut shorter and thinned. When stylist was done he said he wanted it shorter- she replied that she had people waiting for her. Told him next time not to ask for a trim when he wants a full haircut. He never asked for a trim just stated that he wanted it shortened up. She kept making comments about how thick his hair was and how long it was taking to cut. In the end it didn't even look like he got a haircut. Usually we are all happy with our cuts at Gullo's but this time was horrible.
