For the first time since I used the services at Gullos in 1999, I was disappointed. With an appointment, I still waited 10 minutes until I was called back for a shampoo. The girl who did that service was very good; hope she stays. I then waited another 10 minutes with wet hair, waiting for one of my usual staff members, to finish someones hair. In all, for a shampoo, cut and blowdry, I was in the shop for 45 minutes on a 9:15 Saturday morning appointment. Haircut was very good, but I spent too much time waiting

Your 15 years of loyalty means a great deal to us and we offer no excuses for your unacceptable wait. We do wish to offer our genuine apologies. Should you feel comfortable doing so, please call the salon and ask to speak with the manager on duty. I'm sure any one of them would do whatever is necessary to insure this never happens again.
