Please keep your religious beliefs to yourself. It cann make your client very uncomfortable when you are speaking against their beliefs. I will say that I do not feel comfortable returning to your salon because of this.

Groove Salon is the best in the Charlotte area - and I've tried quite a few. Bradley could easily be working in LA or NYC, so we're very lucky to have a hair stylist/"artist" of his calibur here. His salon has a chic spa feel, but with a personal touch. And words just can't describe that shampoo massage... Don't hesitate - you'll be thrilled with the results!

I would recommend this salon to anyone. They are super nice and have an amazing atmosphere, on top of that they are amazing at what they do. I had my color done here and am going back to have a Brazilian Blowout done as well. I don't even live in the area, I drive 3 hours just to get to them.
Bottom line- you must go here

I have the best time when I visit Groove Salon. Everyone is so nice and always makes sure that you are comfortable and have anything you need while enjoying getting your hair done. Tricia West did my hair and I couldn't have been happier with the final product! I love this salon! I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a happy, positive environment when getting their hair done! I love Groove Salon & Paul Mitchell!!

My experience at Groove Salon has always been outstanding! Their close relationship with the Paul Mitchell school assures that you will always get the highest quality services. Tricia West has cutting my hair for years, having followed her in her journey to Groove Salon. She recently achieved Paul Mitchell's ultimate status as a "National" stylist. Go see her and you will not be disappointed.

I love coming to Groove...so relaxing! Bradley and his team are fantastic. This time the puppy dogs added a warm and welcoming presence!! I loved cuddling the sweet, sweet dogs in my lap...but if anyone doesn't want a dog in your lap, they can be invited into the other room, not a worry. I love the way Bradley listens to me and translates what I say into a beautiful style.

Ive been seeing Taylor for nearly 2 years now and she is amazing. I know nothing about hair, but she can comehow translate my description of what I need into something beautiful

I went to this salon 3 times. My first visit was great but expensive.
The next visit I was there for over 4 hours with medium length, very fine hair.
The students were nice but took forever! If I wanted students I would of went to a school. My washes and blowdry took forever and my color was just ok.
The 3rd time I was there for 6 hours only to come out with a brown ash color with some green. I asked for a refund for time and trouble but they only offered
To fix the color. I don't have enough trust and/or Time to come back into that salon. Very disappointed to say the least!!!!!!! A LOT of TIME and MONEY wasted!!!! definitely will not recommend!
