I am very disappointed with my last experience with my visit. It was for my son's contact appointment/training: I made a prior appointment a few weeks ago; went there on time. After waiting for 15 min, the nurse took him to the room, did some general measurements; and then the doctor checked his eyes. After that: I was expecting that he would get his trial lenses: the lady on the next door (store) charged me $190.00 , (appt and training) and told me there's nobody to provide training; so we have to make another appointment. It was already more than an hour that we spent over there. I am a very busy professional and took time from my work for this. Now I have to go back again next Thursday 4 pm for this training. Also in past, I never paid upfront: you always bill my insurance: this time I was not sure why I was charged right there and pay $190.00
I needed an urgent evaluation and was accommodated in an extremely timely manner. Ted was professional, skilled and has that rare ability to communicate sincerely with his clients. Very impressed! Great relief after a single session.
