I called the day before to see if they could take a look at the vehicles air. Elsie says, sure bring it in girlfriend. I really like that she is female and very personable. Next afternoon at 12 everything is fixed and explained to me what was done. You really ought to get it out there that she is there and she can explain it to you in terms that girls can understand.

I went to this shop with a promotional coupon. I needed an oil change. Everyone was very polite and the office was neat and clean. Well, after the "check up" they wanted to do nearly $1000 worth of work on my vehicle. I was floored. I went to a friend's shop and he said that it didn't need any of that work done and even if it did any shop would do it for half of what Good Works would do it for. Disappointing especially from a business sporting a Jesus Fish on the wall. :(

I didn't know exactly what was wrong, but they did!!! Originally, I brought the car in for a couple of obvious items. But, I didn't think the car felt right. Elsie, the service manager, got into my car and drove it. They figured it out from there. My 1995 Honda Accord drives like a dream, no vibrations, dragging or any other issues. Would I recommend Good Works? I would and do to everyone!!!
