I have had just approx 3 facials done at glen dow and each time they have been late. The last time I came the gal was 45 minutes late and this time the gal was 15 minutes late. Then as Im waiting in the chair she went to mix up what was needed and that took approx 10 minutes and then she messed around with the music for another few minutes. Meanwhile Im watching all the other students pampering their clients. When I commented to her about this she did my facial pretty fast and left out some things. I wasnt in a hurry but was in there to pamper myself only to be hurried through. I spoke with Miss Cornielle(?)about the last time I had my hair done. Miss C mom had passed away and I was treated poorly by miss Mcnutt. Miss Corniel is an asset to Glen Dow and I had been going to glen dow for several years but she is not there Im treated as if I know nothing about my hair and that I dont have a right to question what they are doing. Miss Corneil has taken very good care of me and the students have followed suit with her pleasant customer service attitude. I have been going to Paul Mitchell in the valley but Miss Corneil apologized and was very caring about how I feel. I will return but if she is not there I will go to Paul Mitchell. Thanks

My stylist, Nyla, was great. She didn't know how to do everything, but she was very good about asking others for help and taking direction from me. She gave me exactly what I wanted, even though it was kind of unconventional. I appreciate that she actually listened to what I asked for. The instructor, Mr Lightfoot, was also very helpful. He knew a lot about what he was doing, though he seemed less keen to go ahead with my somewhat crazy request. I was very pleased overall though. The service was actually quite quick, considering I did nearly an all over bleach with three new colors, two of which were Elumen colors.

Kamri colored my hair. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able t answer my questions about different hair products as well. i know that I can be difficult because i have naturally curly hair! I would definitely recommend my friends

Excellent color & excellent cut! I thought it was a little too short & boyish looking at first but after the instructor trimmed the sides to make it look softer & more feminine around my face, I really liked it! Also next time I think I should take a mirror & really look at the back before I say, "Oh, I want it pretty short so you can cut a little more off." Otherwise, it's a little hard when you look just from the front & sides. But I love the style of this cut as well as the color & will be back you can be sure of that as I am a happy customer. I live in Seattle and go all the way to Spokane to go to Glen Dow. The staff is very friendly and polite and they really work hard to style your hair/makeup exactly how you want it. Everytime I go they put 110% effort into making your salon experience a memorable one. Thank you!

Jamie p. did an absoutely fabulous job!!!!!!!!! i was extremely impressed with her professionalism, caring and attention to detail. She is definitely a "keeper". hollie was not there and i was very glad i got Jamie p.. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR MY BEAUTIFUL PERM AWHILE BACK AND EVERY TIME I GO THERE.
