I recently had an oil service and some minor repair maintenance done at German Formula on my Jetta. The service was timely, price was quoted accurately and the the customer service was attentive. Would recommend this shop for owners of german cars.

I can't thank German Formula and Mitch enough! Herzog Meyer that has been doing service work for years on my 2003 Bug, told me that my transmission was failing and that with the car being 10 years olds I should consider using it for a trade in....good thing I got a second opinion!! With some extensive yet affordable electrical work by Mitch my car is as good as new! I will not now trust my car to anyone else again.

We had been taking our German cars to German Formula for many years, always with great results including communication from the service writer. This last visit was probably our last. Our car needed a part for a headlight that was misbehaving & was going to cost more than $1,000 - there were many delays in getting the part & after going a week without my wheels I showed up & asked for my car back - amazingly enough the part just showed up! I had them fix the car & paid my bill - but the jury is out if I will be back.

Bryan was great. no bs, didn't attempt to upsell extra services, just what I came in for but still checked to make sure everything else was in order. had my car done when he said it would be done - same day. might have been able to have the work done less expensively somewhere else, but there is more to value than a dollar amount and I know that I can rely on the work being done right the first time.

I have always been happy with thier work. Cleaniness plus great customer service pleasant and keep you in the know what needs to be done with out being pushy. I am really greatful I found them.

Been goin to this shop for a few years, and found that like any real business's have gone

through rough times perfecting customer service.

I confess if it wasn't for their mechanic's, top notch in diagnostic, I would have jump ship. Ralf the owner, has found the final puzzle piece that makes a beautiful picture. Service Manager that cares, and pays attention to details to truly serves your needs. German Formula is now given me the power back on how my vehicle is cared for. Al is truly exceptional Advisor, and humor which is refreshing. Al has given me his personal cell # and said if the car ever breaks down, even if it is at 3am don't hesitate to call,he would personally come pick up me and my wife, take us home and deal with getting the vehicle back to the shop. Now, that is Truly customer service. Good job Ralf, on a great find...Keep up the great work...
