German Auto Specialists is an independent, full service auto repair facility located in Plymouth Meeting, Montgomery County. At German Auto we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service for Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen, Mini Cooper and Smart Car owners in the Tri-State and surrounding areas.
To meet the needs of a growing European car market requires a great deal of training, information and technical know-how. The Robert Bosch Corporation, responsible for many of the systems found under the hood of European vehicles, recognizes this need and has developed the Authorized Bosch Service Center program. German Auto Specialists is one of the first shops in the area to achieve this accreditation, which provides the resources for training, technical information and warranty service on all Bosch automotive systems and products. In addition we offer a Bosch Nationwide Warranty for all services rendered at no additional cost.
We have just entered our third decade in business, and we continue to keep 100% customer satisfaction as our primary goal. We enjoy providing personal, specialized service to our clientele. German Auto is well-known in the area for providing outstanding service to a large population of German car owners. We remain one of the area's premier independent repair facilities for European vehicles, as well as a comprehensive resource for mechanical restoration and maintenance of vintage BMW and Mercedes Benz cars.

German Auto treated us terrifically! We were stranded on our way home to New Jersey with a blown alternator in my 2002 Mercedes. They got us in the shop and on our way in a Jiffy, and charged a fair price for top notch work.

The labor charge was quite a bit more than I expected (More than $250.00...I expected about $150.00)....and you weren't even able to get it washed for me! If this was for 2 and a half hours, your mechanics have an hourly rate that is more than I can charge...and I have a doctorate!

Service was great. Always feel like John has my best interests in mind. They forgot to rotate my tires, but I have confidence that GAS will correct that to my satisfaction. Great place to do business with. The cleanliness of the garage and technicians is impressive.
