I was a bit upset no one called me and told me my Jeep would not be returned the same day, however, I know it was a simple overlook that Gerber made. And I do apologize for bothering you at your home that night. That was unnecessary, I knew my Jeep would be taken care of, yet with my head the way it is I worry unnecessarily.
I just want to thank you again so much Doug for how you have helped me with my Jeep. And I do want to also apologize for the Donna I am. I act wrong, talk wrong, walk wrong, and react wrong. I do not mean to be this way, however, my brain was so messed up, it is impossible for me to control my actions and emotions anymore.
I must remember you have a business to run and I am simply one of your customers. Tell all your workers I am sorry for how I act inside your shop, mainly Chris and Scott.
