A spendid experience! I was pushed for time because I had another(later) appointment scheduled elsewhere and the doctor was running late. With no problems, accomodations were made for me to vary the typical process so that I could select my frames and pay for my glasses before I ever saw the doctor. All that I had to do was ask. The accomodation, no doubt, was relatively easy for them to make because I have been a patient for several years. I've never had anything but excellent service at Gentilly Vision Center, and I highly recommend them!!!

I was a little concerned when my first appointment didn't begin until an hour after the scheduled time, but the care and personal attention I received after that was spectacular! The staff is very friendly and supportive of every need. I'm not sure if the scheduling issues are common there as this was my first time, but the care I received after the late start was worth the wait!

This would be my second review but awesome service from the receptionists to the doctors. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Willing to listen. The eyeglass selections were up to date! I have already referred 4 people and they have appointments this week.
