I did not enjoy this visit. Everyone there pronounced my son's name incorrectly but the dentist was respectful and asked before she called his name, "how do you say his name, I don't want to say it incorrectly." And I was questioned if I was the grandmother. I may have white hair but that doesn't mean I'm that old. And the woman who checked my son out was rude. She wanted me to sign papers that she would explain after. I wanted to know before I signed, what I was signing. She wasn't happy about that. I asked other questions and she didn't seem to know what I was asking. I asked for the dentist and she helped me understand in a calmer manner. I felt some prejudice from the check out woman. She put a paper on the counter, where I couldn't read it and started explaining in a muffled tone about the surgery and appointment. I had to stand near the dentist and turn my head awkwardly to read what she was talking about. I don't think I will be going after my son's surgery because of the check out woman. Sorry.
