Work was completed in a timely manner. However, oil was spilled from the oil change onto the sensors so that I only drove less than 1 mile down the road and my check engine light came on. Then about 10 miles down the road, my tire pressure light came on since it was not reset properly. So now I have to return and get the lights reset and cleared.

Recently we made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon. When my daughter got there they informed her she had no appointment. She did however make another appointment and at this time they changed her oil but said she did not need a tire rotation. Her car had been driven well over10,000 miles and should have received the rotation. She is a young girl and I feel she was taken advantage of because of her age and that she is a female. If you have coupons you should honor the coupon. It seemed underhanded and dishonest. We won't be back.

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your service. I cannot say what happened with the scheduling of the appointment. The assertion that we discriminated against your daughter is completely false. Over 80% of our customers are women, and we do not treat anyone differently. Regardless of the mileage on the car, if the technician determined that they did not require a rotation, it is his responsibility to communicate it. I fail to see how not doing a job is dishonest. If we had done work without permission I could understand, but that was not the case. The coupon was for a discounted oil change, and a free rotation. The rotation was not necessary, but the discounted oil change was still given, so there was no dishonesty. Thank you for your feedback. Michael Accursi-General Manager
