Alisa was awesome as always but to be honest, Drea seems very inexperienced. I actually thought it might be her very first day but I asked the girl at the counter as I checked out and she said she has been there five months. I would have thought before that there is no such thing as a bad massage but now I know there is. She burned me with the hot stones, my neck hurt the next day, and she talked more during the service than anyone else I've ever had. Little things like asking if the towels were too hot but other places I've been to don't have to ask, they know the temperature of their stuff. Unfortunately, and I feel bad, but it would be better to not get a massage at all than receive one from Drea. It looks like there's been some turnover lately so hopefully as she gets more experience she'll get better, I understand everyone has a learning curve at a new job but it would have been nice to receive a nice, relaxing massage for my $110.
