Customer service was fantastic! I tried all of the Aveda products recommended for me and they are wonderful and actually do as they promise. I went on a busy Saturday and there was only standing room. I did have to wait a little while, but I didn't mind because I would want my stylist to take her time with me, so that really didn't bother me. The thing that did bother me was how cramped the stylist area was, not just my stylist, but all of them - there was hardly any room for my stylist to move around and people kept bumping into her. My cut was ok - I feel like she listened when she did the back of my hair, but the front of my hair is a hot mess! I prefer longer bangs (and I was careful to relay this and I thought she understood when I said the shortest I want any part of my bangs was to the very tip of my nose) and my bangs to the right are super long, the middle is maybe an inch long, and the left is all over the place - sadly, only waiting for my bangs to grow out will fix this mess. Two friends recommended a different stylist, but I didn't want to wait for him, I wish now I had. The hours are really great and accommodating! I would recommend to friends, but I would caution them to really watch what their stylist does and to keep reminding them what they want.
