Emailed Driveway Docs when my check engine light came on during my commute. They showed up to my office later that day to read the error code an immediately diagnosed the problem. Scheduled a time to fix it the next week (it was a derivable issue). Was in meetings the whole day they were going to work on the car so I never even noticed them take it away from service, returned to my desk to find a email and a voice mail about my successful servicing and an invoice (which was exactly the amount I expected). My car runs better now and I only ever had to send an email and make a paypal payment.
