The staff was friendly enough, although I reached out to them as a first timer, not them making me feel welcome. They seemed too preoccupied to focus on friendly customer service. Got the feeling that they did not have time to spend just a few more minutes reaching out to me, the customer that spent almost six hundred dollars, not an insurance company.
I appreciated the discount of 10%.
