Said the car was fixed but it broke down on us the next morning after repair. Will not use this shop again.

Dear Sir or Madam, If your car is not fixed correctly, please bring this to our attention by calling us at 301-495-7300. All repairs and services performed with new parts have a 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty at Far East Motors. I want to stress that it is nice to have good service before the sale , and great service after the sale, and we try to provide that for all customers.

We have been clients for many years and were always pleased with our services. This time was different. A new employee quoted a price for work on the car. We agreed. However, when the work was completed and I went to get the car, the bill was 60 percent higher than the quoted price. He had not contacted us to tell us that the cost had increased nor did he obtain our permission to do work on the car at the inflated price. At worst this was a case of bait & switch. At best, this was horrible customer service. We never had this experience with either the owner or the service mgr. But if this new guy is going to be the "face" of FE, I will take my business elsewhere. He was horrible---no integrity at all !!! I won't sign my name---all at FE know who I am and that this is a legitmate scenario.

I dealt with the owner, who explained what the probable cause of problems were and how the recommended repairs would address the problems.
Repairs were completed within my requested time and at the quoted price. Car performed as promised after repairs completed.

I was in serious pain and my dentist could not figure out the problem, but wanted to give me a root canal. I saw my ENT specialist who told me it was not dental related, but the pain radiated back and forth between two teeth. My co-workers recommended I try City Place. They raved about the service and the dentist. They were right! I was seen that day, without delay. They confirmed my pain was not dental related, except for the need to wear a night brace.
