We have been clients for many years and were always pleased with our services. This time was different. A new employee quoted a price for work on the car. We agreed. However, when the work was completed and I went to get the car, the bill was 60 percent higher than the quoted price. He had not contacted us to tell us that the cost had increased nor did he obtain our permission to do work on the car at the inflated price. At worst this was a case of bait & switch. At best, this was horrible customer service. We never had this experience with either the owner or the service mgr. But if this new guy is going to be the "face" of FE, I will take my business elsewhere. He was horrible---no integrity at all !!! I won't sign my name---all at FE know who I am and that this is a legitmate scenario.
