I called in specifically asking for an appointment to get my soon sports googles for football. After about 6 visits (which half of them were a waste of my time) and a month and a half, I still did not get what we needed. Doctor didn't get involved until it was too late, plus he was rude. Manages to get what I needed elsewhere in less than a week. Wasted not only my time but half the season for my son. The girls are mostly nice but a few need to be retrained.
We are very sorry that your experience was less than what we strive for with every aspect of care. We carry a very large inventory of children's frame styles and sports eye ware, we also recently added a separate children's optical section which greatly increased the selection of children to young teens.
In this case it is obvious that your frame selection experience did not reflect our commitment. Equally concerning was the time-frame in which it occurred.
We take very seriously our mission statement "to provide the highest level of optometric care with uncompromising personalized service". It appears that we have fallen short in this instance and we will make every effort to insure that necessary corrections are made to prevent delays in the future. We are obviously very happy when things go right, but feel it is equally important to correct any experience that does not reflect our commitment to you, our patient.
