Wow! I come from a customer service background and work in one now. I couldn't believe first, the handshake I got when I walked in from Miss Gracie. Second, so informative all around , Dr. Holden was professional and SO knowledgeable! I am glad he was patient and made me relaxed instead of feeling at a loss. Then to the sales department (I am sorry that I do not recall her name at this time), you know this is always an area that a customer feels pressure and anxieties. I didn't. I was honest about my budget. We played with some fun frames and then what I could afford frames and how I could afford to make my intial payment. Then.....when I said I wanted to shop to compare, talk with my husband, she wrote all of it down and wished me the best. The next day I even called back and talk with a Ms. Lisa Knapp, who broke everything down for me again, calked for a price match for me and started from the top. Made me feel secure in a way. I am waiting for a quote from the manufacturer at this time. But, I will be going with Dr. Holden's team to purchase my glasses, they just don't know that yet. In the end the military base wasn't cheaper or more cohesive. I want to thank them for finally someone putting the sense of urgency and care back into customer service.
