I had my first visit today and I must say it was the best customer service I experienced in a long while. Dr. Clarks assistance is a doll, she explained everything to me before she started and she made me feel at ease/comfortable. Dr. Clark made me relize how important it is to floss. You hear all the time that flossing is important but Dr. Clark explained to me in detail why flossing is crucial. I would advise for anyone contemplating flossing, think twice. I highly recommend Dr. Clark/Falls Dental to anyone who wants superior service !

Is Falls Dental out of business? Their website is down and phone is disconnected. I had a dental appointment with the dentist, and they even did not give me any notice for their close down.

I have never been to a dentist before where you get so much personal attention from the dentist. Dr. Clark does much of the work himself and you really feel like you get a 1:1 treatment (rather than a quick "Hi. Ok let's look. Ok good. Pay and see you next time! The hygenist will clean you now."

I love my experince with Dr Clark, i been having really bad experience with other dentist sooo i really dont like to go to any f/u appoint, but here i feel great and he did a wonderfull job,very very very professional and the Front desk lady was very nice and helpfull...i would go now to my next appoint...

My experience was good. Dr Clark is a great dentist & always concern when performing procedures if your ok. The staff is friendly & helpful. I will recommend Dr. Clark to any friends or co-workers. I would to my family but none live in the area.

When I moved to Raleigh 4 years ago, I chose a dentist based on convenient location. Over the course of 4 years, I had more than one unpleasant experience at that dentist. Finally, after asking a coworker for a recommendation, I decided to switch to Dr Clark and I couldn't be happier that I did. I love the "small office" feel.

I visited Dr. Clark to have a cavity checked after I was referred by a member of my family. I was extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and gentle care. Admittedly I generally do not like dental visits because I usually end up in tears due to the fact that some dentists can be "rough", but with Dr. Clark I had a great experience. I like that he's affordable. The warm neck massager and soothing music was a nice touch also. I will be back!

Not only is the ambiance great, the staff is wonderful! I've experienced nothing short of professionalism each time. Dr. Clark and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, prompt, patient, customer focused, consistent, friendly, helpful and consoling. I would recommend to everyone!
