It was the 3rd time i went to Dr fain's office to get work done on my teeth ( root canal, 4 extractions, gum treatment , crowns, implants ... ) and it's a lot of work !
The reason for that is i've been postponing the dentist for 6yrs, because i'm scared as hell of it so i did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews until i found THE dentist that will make me feel the most confortable and the less pain possible.
And I can now certify that Dr Fain is that one, especially after yesterday, get that, I fell ASLEEP while he was working on my teeth, that's how relaxed i was feeling, pain level = ZERO !
The attention i got was exceptional, from the receptionist to the dr himself, everyone made me feel like I matter, and the Dr answered all of my silly questions and concerns, and also presented me with all the options, and even advised me not to do something ( i don't remember what ) temporary that wasn't really needed and would only cost me money for nothing !
Being a tech guy myself i appreciate the use they do of technology to communicate and manage the appointments.
I'm not done yet but since the first visit i left the office all excited about getting the work done and working towards getting my smile back, because I know the result will be astonishing and I will never fear the dentist again, I actually LOVE my appointments cause i'm working all the time, so the dentist time is my relaxation time ! who knew !
