Eye exam was quick and thorough. Doctor is super friendly and professional. Great selection of frames. Was able to take all the time I needed to select my frames. Staff was helpful and respectful. They ran the prices on several options for me so that I could make the best decision for my budget. I had not planned to but ended up getting two pair of glasses - a progressive lense prescription and a pair of readers. Second pair was 50% off. Great value and great service! I recommend giving Eyeworks of Atlanta a call if you're in need of an eye exam / glasses / contacts.

A great experience. The staff is professional and friendly. I received a thorough eye exam, the doctor going through several steps to determine what type lenses I needed, and then based on information I provided about my lifestyle, giving me choices for the type of glasses I could purchase. I could have gotten one pair of glasses with dual-purpose lenses, but I opted for 2 pair, one for night driving, and one for PC use. A staff member helped me pick out the frames from a large variety of options. Eyeworks took care of all the insurance paperwork, too. Quick, easy, professional, friendly.

Horrendous experience. I was under new insurance and through some confusion didn't realize there's a vision plan underwritten by the main insurance that i should have mentioned, called back to get it fixed and John gave me hell. I was just trying to get some copay refunded and all I got was attitude and sales pitches for contacts. He pushed so hard after multiple times of me saying no. Will not return or recommend.

We try very hard to locate insurances for patients who don't know if they have and if so, who it is with. However, the burden does fall on the patient to let us know who their vision insurance is. We share our policy at time of service that explains if a patient wants to use insurance AFTER exam, we are happy to provide any information needed so that they can process this claim through their insurance. We were actually offering to go a step further and accept the insurance. We will always share a patient's benefits with them (which usually saves them money)-it would be irresponsible not to and most of our patients really appreciate us going over this with them. We are sorry you felt differently.

Salesman pushed me into a product and features that I did not need. Salesman was dismissive of my concerns and seemed more interested in upselling that helping me get a product that I really needed.

I had a great experience as a first-time client. John whom I had scheduled my appointment with over the phone was even nicer in person. He is a great assess to Eyeworks of Atlanta. The Optometrist was professional and personable. I love the location. I am looking forward to my first pair of prescription glasses in over 8 years.

In summary, the experience does not justify the cost. My experience was rushed, at times frantic, the client before me arrived late but her service took part of my time - they did not want the next client to start late so they rushed me through. I suffered because she could not get there on time. Did I leave with a cut and color? Yes. The worst part of this Salon is the check out. The message is - give me your money and get out. If you ask a question or are not prepared to swipe your card for whatever amount they say - prepare yourself to have them be so ugly to you that you SWEAR TO YOURSELF you will never ever go back. They either speak to you like you are ignorant or they don't speak to you AT ALL!!! If you tell the front desk "manager" - total waste of time.
