I don't like that the gal called me "Mrs.", it makes me feel too old. I would prefer my first name.
There is always a lot of waiting and not knowing what the next steps are. I would like to know what the next steps are going to be and when I am waiting, what I am waiting for. I am surprised that I am at the office for well over an hour each time I am there. It would be helpful if we are going to be waiting in the exam room for some time if there would be some magazines in there.
Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize we did not provide you with a better experience by communicating the steps we take to thoroughly assess your vision and eye health. Your comments serve as a valuable reminder of how important communication is when receiving care. In regards to being called "Mrs.," we certainly don't want to make you feel old! It truly is meant as a respectful greeting. On your next visit, we encourage you to communicate with our personnel that you would be preferred to be called by your first name.
