Very prompt in my recent appointment. Like the new machine she has brought to do the eye exam. Very knowledgeable -- both her and her staff.
On another note, in the past, they have provided parking validation at one of the downtown garages. If they no longer do this, they should notify former patients in advance of this policy change.

I am so terribly sorry we did not inform you of this change. The parking garage we used to validate has gone to contract only and will not allow us to provide patient parking anymore. Sorry we missed communicating this to you!
