Good exam but very pricy. My wife and I had an exam separately. My bill was half or more less than hers. She was well over$300 + with tthe only explanation she was asked if she'd like them to check a couple of things, like it was routine only to find out at checkout everything was ala carte.

We thank this patient for his feedback. Our work-up, offers some pre-testing that is not covered by insurance. We always attempt to clearly explain the tests and their respective charges. The patient always has the choice to accept or reject these tests. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and a nominal fee of $39 was charged. She also had contact lens services, which he did not have, thereby causing some confusion on the total bill. We reached out to this patient to review the charges with him. We are always striving to improve our customer service and utilize such feedback in doing so.

Doctor Bass is very thorough, pleasant, and patient. I whole heartily and without reservation recommend Doctor Bass. I will not go anyplace else.

Outstanding front office personnel. Very pleasant and professional in their demeanor. The optometrist did a good job diagnosing my eye ailment and prescribing appropriate medications.
