The place itself is very nice and clean so that is a plus, but the staff for laser hair removal is non-existent. I had a different person each time and no one even knew what I was having laser hair removal on. This made it really hard because many did not even know what settings I was supposed to be on and I was even burned once (in the bikini area). I was constantly rescheduled for appointments and one time they cancelled my appointment because they didn't even have anyone on staff to do the laser hair removal, but never even called to tell me my appointment was cancelled. I know the hair removal varies person to person but I think I would have had better results if I would have been able to come in at 6 weeks or 8 weeks instead of being rescheduled and having different people each time. Needless to say I spent a lot of money for a very mediocre service. I would NOT suggest for you to go to them for laser hair removal.

When I became your client the office was at Newburgh. The staff were great and personable. I worked with Patricia on hormonal therapy and purchased a couple of packages, the weightloss and the skin rejuvination (I don't recall the specific package / treatment).

FACIAL PACKAGE: Taylor informed me of a procedure (actually a combo package) for my face that would give me the brighter and even tone I wanted and removal of the brown spots. I questioned the process, especially since she approached me about the treatment...she said I will see a noticeable improvement and would provide me the results we discussed. WEIGHTLOSS: I encountered a couple of issues with the weightloss plan...and had to start over. Aleisha was working with me.

When I came in for my appointment there were all new staff, with the exception of Patricia. I never received a "meet our new staff"; I had to ask the person's name when they called me for my microderm abrasia. I told her about the concerns of my face and the details of the results I could expect. I am not seeing a doctor to help clear up the peeling and irritation of my face and haven't gone back for the microdermabrasions.

Also, I have no idea who is taking Aleisha's place with the weightloss program; I have received no introduction. Soon I am going to start it back up and just come in to order the supplements.

It is more difficult to get a client than it is to keep the relationship...I don't believe that is the management's thinking. Now it is more about upselling...eventhough you don't mention a concern, than it is about the client's experience and seeing great results and through a trusting relationship, and a knowing the client comes first, those additional service packages would be come.

I no longer view Advanced Anti-Aging & Weight Loss as a partner but as an in-person telemarketer with no sense of building a clientele. I was speaking with my Wellness Team as we are planning for our Health Fair, where I first met Patricia and ultimately what brought me to Advanced Anti-Aging, and one of the members asked about inviting your business to be a representative...I could not agree. Additionally, one of our members said the last time they participated the gave their name to Patricia and was waiting for a return call. That never happened. It dropped through the cracks somewhere.

I have no trusting relationship with Advanced-Anti Aging and what was a hugh "red light" was when I came in and all the staff were replaced. Being in HR, that is a negative sign.
