I was sick yesterday and had to cancel my appointment. I was told I would have to forfeit that appointment from the package I purchased because I didn't give a 48 hour notice. What? I didn't know 2 days before that I would be sick on my appointment day. This isn't a fair way to handle cancellations for reasons of illness. I'm very disappointed about this.
