i think it'd be nice to sit and have a drink after getting facial waxing so the redness can go down before having to pay. also, first "nice" salon i've been to that doesn't offer wine!!! i LOVE europa though! i've been going for years :)

I always enjoy my visits to Europa. Jamie Rivas is a big part of my appreciation for the solan and spa services began several years before Jamie started at Europa. Love the hot towel foot wraps!

Mallorie was very nice, made sure she understood what I was asking for on my coloring, and brought me photos/samples to compare and give her an idea. She did a very good job on my color, I was very satisfied and will definitely go to her again. She did a nice job on the cut too, showed me on her comb approx how much she would be cutting off to make sure I was okay with that.

Heather did a great hair cut. She made me comfortable that she understood what I wanted as far as cut was concerned and I felt confident that the end result would be what I desired or better than I envisioned which is very important when your hair is long and you are entrusting someone else with scissors and consent to use them on your hair. = )
