It never fails...
to amaze me that I actually look forward to my dental appointment! The Dentistry By Design team makes me feel so special each and every time I have an appointment. Feels more like a "reservation" and when I tell my clients that I have just been to the Dentist, my dentist, they seem surprised at my comments. My 1st visit to Dentistry by Design for a 6 month cleaning was pleasant. My 2nd visit for a filling was ok until I had to go back to get the filling tooth fix. I literally feel like I was in a torture chair. No numb medication was offered. I am over due for a 6 month cleaning. I am sooooo sooo scare to go get it done. I don't know when the fear of being in a dentist chair will go away.

The Dental Hygenist that I have been going to for nearly 20 years happened to be off when I had my appointment the other day. I was called ahead of time to see if I wanted to reschedule. I chose to go ahead and be taken care of by the Hygenist that was taking her place. I was very happy with the job she did! In fact, she was very familiar with the office practices and seemed so comfortable working there that someone new coming into the office wouldn't have known she was not there every day.
