My appointment with the doctors was a positive experience, but when consulting with the employee regarding finding the glasses was not. She didn't seen very interesting in what I wanted and seemed bothered

You are great to work with. Found both regular and sunglasses that I love. Had to have an adjustment on the nre glasses and the person that was helping me was able to get them just right.

My family and I have been using Eagan Eye Clinic for well over twenty years, and I have never had a complaint with them. They offer excellent servies in every way from the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors. They have the latest in equipment and technology. They have also worked us in many times for eye issues that couldn't wait. They truly go out of their way to accomodate you. One time my daughter was leaving for Europe and realized at the last minute that she needed extra contacts. I called the clinic and they ordered her contacts promptly and made sure they arrived in time before she left. I would never go anywhere else.

The exam went really well. I've never gone through an exam that fast before. Dr Stout also explained what all the tests are for and was very thorough. They also have a wide variety of frames and were so helpful in picking the right one!
