Keenan and the guys always offer great customer service! Can't beat being greeted by Shelby! My Jeep was in just for regular oil change but asked them to also look at my fog lights. Paul was able took them up correctly and they work awesome! Thanks guys!

I made an appointment for a tire repair thinking I'd wait for this quick fix. I was told it would be 45 min but waited a little over 2 hrs. It wasn't a complex fix. While I waited I had the time to shop around for brake service estimates and found their price to be slightly higher than the OEM dealership. Overall they do good work at Duck Creek tire but this experience was not good and I'll shop around for car service needs in the future.

Duck Creek Tire replied:

Kevin, I am very sorry that it took 2 hours to repair your tire! I understand your time is valuable and waiting around in a repair shop is probably not what you wanted to be doing. I called and left you a message yesterday to try an address this issue.

As for your brakes, I understand that sometimes we are going to be slightly more than other places, but this is because we use premium parts on every job we do, better than OEM quality. However I feel that we can make something work for you that would suite your needs.
