During my visit to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned...the hygienist started putting on an x-ray jacket and I shared I had received x-rays during my last visit. She said not bite wings...I shared that I had them plus the entire head x-ray. Then she looked at the screen and said, Oh, that's not you. I was the first appt. after lunch. Then she grabbed her keys and said she would be right back. She was gone for at least 5 minutes. She did a great job cleaning my teeth, but I found her to be a bit rough on the gums. I also would have liked a bit more conversation on her part...just seemed a bit sterile. Not what I'm used to from past experiences in other dental offices. I would not be comfortable with her cleaning my teeth again due to the inconsistencies in her behavior. Hoping there is another hygienist in the office. However, I have been pleased with the rest of the staff.

I first brought my car in for a checkout of the brakes for a sqeaking sound at the front of the car that my dealership mechanic said they needed to investigate with microphones on the chassis to pinpoint! This noise had been going for several years before the pros at SRVIC quickly and accurately identified and fixed the problem. Since then, I have had several issues on my 10 year old vehicle repaired. I had planned on selling and getting a new car in the next year or so; with the care I've been getting, I have no plans for a new car as long as this one is serviced by SRVIC.
