I think this is a wonderful facility! I have been going since last August, so have gotten to know the employees quite well. I am a very open, positive person who accepts learning. There are 2 people that I find are great people and coaches: Chantel and Laura. Can't say enough good about them! I have not attended Dec. Until yesterday due to caring for my elderly father. I returned yesterday because I knew these people were there and would help me get back in the program.
That being said........I believe you are furnishing a wonderful service, but you are lacking in some areas that can be a critical Make or Break a client's success. After we get the nutrition part down, we need more.......such as a "get together" where people can meet and share with other people. I'm not even sure one of your employees needs to run it, even though one should probably be present. Sharing of what works and why, positive communication, what to do when chocolate gets back in your system, etc.
I think this is where we kind of fall apart. We need other people and tools.
I realize to incorporate this includes staff, time, and money, but I think your long term success rate will go up.

Dr. Jacobson and his assistant Paula were incredible. Dr. Jacobson was fast and it was pain free.
