Hard to believe but I really like "going to the dentist" but in particular this Dental Office!!! Everyone is so professional and make the experience a personal one. Thanks to Connie for her retainer wire suggestions and considerate cleaning (my sensitive gums!!) ... and to Dr Smaily for providing his opinion and recommendations for my particular concerns ..... and Candace you're doing a fine job up front!!! So glad this team is looking after my oral health!!

The staff is always very friendly and appointment times are kept on schedule which is great! The hygienist did a good job going over the treatment and asking what was and was not covered on my insurance so I could avoid paying a lot out of pocket.

Hygienist was exceptional! Dr Smaily was, as always, the best!
I really appreciate the fact that there are no attempts to "upsell" or scare tactics used. Dr Smaily is as honest and genuine as anyone could hope for.He is a 'rare gem' in the industry and I am proud to be associated with his practice as a loyal patient.

the surprise came when i paid my bill, so i questioned it. i was charged for 2 1/2 units when it specifically states on my file, maximum 2 units per visit (for insurance purposes). Considering i was only a few minutes into the next 15 minute block it should have been waived - i had to wait for a second person to come in to to the "pocket" measurements at the beginning. If you are going to nickle and dime the time, my waiting time should be considered too. My hygienist is very nice and did a good job, but i wasn't happy with this billing process.
