I have been going to Roffis for years, but today was a bad experience. I was taken back to the exam room 20 minutes past my appointment time, then was told that my doctor was not going to be there and I was seeing someone else. Then the assisant came in and said, it would be a few more minutes, that the doctor had an eye emergency. I do understand that, however, it was now 30 minutes past my appointment time. The doctor came in, did the exam, put drops in my eyes and said she would be back in 10 minutes. Well it turned out to be 20 minutes. I just feel like when I checked in I should have been told that my doctor was not there and given the option of rescheduling or seeing the doctor that I referred to see. Needless to say, this was the longest eye doctor appointment that I have ever been to. My suggestion would be better time management and communication with your patience.

I had the experience I have come to expect. I have been going there for my routine exams and found the facility well managed, clean, staff very helpful and efficient, on time appointment, and the best professional experience from Dr. Rothis and associates.

The whole experience was EXTREMELY emtional for me. While the receptionist and tech and sub-doctor were polite. However, I was signed up for a specific and specialized eye test. I indeed thought the eye doctor should have been more forthright with me about what I was testing for. Everyone is aware, now days you can find information from the internet. I spent three hours at the office.. but I was very agitated and upset. I felt like the eye doctor minimized the situation and will seek a second doctor's opinion. However, the staff did their best to accommodate me.

fast and thorough visit. Front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable of my insurance. Assistant in back Jessica was nice. Dr Roffis was amusing as always. Would highly recommend this office to friends.

Staff worked hard to ensure that my glasses fit properly when they came in.
