My wife convinced me to start seeing her dentist who works at active life dentistry years ago, so I went. The dentist was a young looking blonde haired man and his assistant was a red haired thick woman. The assistant/ hygienist was rough while performing the cleaning, causing pain and bleeding with her instruments. The doctor came in and I told him of the experience and he replied something to the effect that I'm complaining about nothing and he would stick me with the instrument and show me real pain. The location was off Jones Road. I didn't return for some time, but when I did, it was to an office off spring cypress and skinner. There I went for two or so years. The hygienist was gentle and personable and I didn't mind her in my mouth. One occasion the female blonde dentist at the office came in after my x-rays and cleaning to inform me of a cavity developing in my molar. Next trip, she was going to fill it. I never believed I had a cavity but when she performed the filling the next trip, I felt like I was in an assembly line and the work was performed with great haste. Hours following the procedure, I noticed a sharp corner on my newly worked on tooth. I returned to the office to have it examined and repaired which I feel it still is not correct. I will not be returning and express to anyone reading to be cautious and to get second opinions. I also don't agree to demand force review policies but desire submitting my review and am being forced against my will to agree to do so.
