Dr. Lewis and the hygienist (whose name I've forgotten - so sorry!) were both wonderful. They waited patiently while my stubborn bottom jaw numbed even going back in 2 more times after the initial injections of meds to numb it even more as I could still just slightly feel the drilling. Made me feel at ease during the whole process.
I've never been to a Christian Brothers Automotive and being a 25 year old girl knowing NOTHING about my VW and my boyfriend not being so handy with cars, I knew I had to make an appointment somewhere to get my headlight fixed before heading out of town for the weekend. So, I called up Christian Brothers in Fairfield and made an apt for that Friday at 4. I left my office that's on the opposite side of town with, what I thought, was plenty of time to get there on time! Well, traffic was horrible and I was still miles away, so I called and let them know I was still on my way and the nice man said not to worry. I arrived about 30 minutes late for my apt and felt awful, well as soon as I walked in I felt totally at ease. They started the process right away. Asking if I needed something to drink and I gladly accepted a bottle of water. The man I spoke with while making my apt came out of the office and asked me if I needed anything else, even offering a pen and paper so I could make a list of things I needed to pack for the weekend. I have NEVER received service like this ANYWHERE. And I will definitely be back. They even fixed a tire flap on my car for me without even asking me if I needed it done. Christian Brothers Automotive in Fairfield, you truly made my hectic day so much easier for me! I will definitely be back!
