Michelle was great - so friendly and efficient. Had to wait a long time for Dr. Rhodes and then she was only with me for a couple of minutes.

Lauren, we are glad you had a good experience with Michelle for your cleaning. I (Dr. Rhodes) try to keep waiting time down as much as possible. Unfortunately, situations arise in my treatment rooms that do not allow me to immediately come and perform my exam in the hygiene rooms. The day of my appointment I received a call from Katrina asking if I could come earlier than my 2:00 appt. Since I had a dishwasher delivery scheduled at noon and it takes me 1 hour to get there I was unable to accomodate the Dr.'s last minute change in her schedule. I now have to wait until April to get a Friday appointment for my 1 year check up.read more …
