I was very pleased with Dr Lamb and his assistants. I am a SCARY cat and they really made me feel very comfortable. I have already gave his number out to several of my co workers. He is my dentist for the rest of my life. My children like him also.
I found Dr. Mobley (the son) to be distracted and not as helpful as I would like. He did his job and answered questions perfunctory but no review of after care. It seems to me he could do with a more pleasant presence.
The facial and the body scrub I received were great. However, I was VERY disappointed with the service. The fact that ammends were not made definitely upsets me. My husband purchased a Mother's Day Package from them which included a facial, body scrub, and massage. This was all a surprise to me. When I walked in, I was not told what services I was getting, I was just shown to a room. When getting my facial, it was suggested that I get a peel, so I did. When my facial and scrub were finished, I went to the front, paid, purchased an exfoliator and left. My husband then informed me that I was to return the following day for a massage. Well that had to be cancelled :-( Since I was not aware of the services I was getting or how much the extra items I got cost, I was left with $17 on my gift card which obviously was not enough for a massage. Even after calling and explaining the situation to the manager, nothing was done and they did not accept any of the blame for not informing me of the services I came in for. As a mother of 3, wife, and teacher, I work really hard. I was disappointed that the gesture my husband tried to extend could not be fully enjoyed.
