I took my son here for a second opinion,at his request. He had been told he needed glasses (at a local "2 pair for $69 store"(wont mention names!) My son didnt believe his eyesight was 20/200 in one eye and 20/50 in the other - this is what the first office told us. Exam by Dr. Douglas revealed my son has 20/20 vision in both eyes! I will be taking this result to the office (in Colonial Heights) that gave us the VERY innacurate 20/200 result! Wish we had gone here first. I am getting a refund at the "other" office for the eyeglasses ordered but not picked up. I am now changing my entire family to Dr Douglas' services! Angie B. (Nurse from Chester)

As a parent there is know doctor visit that is pleasant for a kid. However Dr. Douglas and his staff always makes my sons visits one to remember. I look forward to our yearly visits.

I had a very disappointing experience @ the office when I brought my son's glasses in for an adjustment. However, Maria, the manager, AND the doctor himself, relieved me of quite a distressing load, for which I am thankful.
They are ALWAYS professional. They kept my business. They do right by their clients. I am very pleased. :)
